On Friday, 22 May, the Central of Ivars hosted a blood donation campaign organised by the Banc de Sang i Teixits. This solidarity initiative helped bring blood donation closer to the local area and encouraged the participation of people connected to the cooperative and the municipality.

During the campaign, 30 people came to take part and 28 were able to donate blood and plasma. Thanks to these donations, up to 78 patients will be able to benefit. In addition, one person made their first donation, a particularly meaningful gesture that helps continue to grow the donor network.

At IVARS Cooperativa, we would like to thank everyone who took part in this initiative, as well as the Banc de Sang i Teixits for making the campaign possible. Collaborating in actions like this is part of our commitment to people, health and the wellbeing of the community.
